"You've exceeded bandwidth limits" error when trying to share links

While sharing the links error message like this : We've Interrupted your sharing activity because You've exceeded bandwidth limits, Check Your mail for instructions on how to resolve this. 

How to resolve this, Unable to login mail id also, that person left from the organisation
