Create, upload, and share

Hello All,
We have three users.
One user account is used by many team members to directly connect to the drop box and upload the files.
How can we regulate this. Is it a good practice to allow them direct access to the drop box.
Or should we create one folder on some local server and then connect it to drop box with the syncing the files.
Kindly advise.
I am novice for the drop box.
thanks
Hi @manoj khandelwal, and welcome to our forum.
It’s not advised that multiple users share the same login credentials and access the same Dropbox account/user as this is against our Terms of Service, and can result in the termination of the account.
You can also see more info on this here.
As for your other suggestion, we don’t support uploading files to Dropbox via a server either.
Are the files they usually upload to Dropbox quite large?
If yes, what you’d need to do is to purchase a license for each one of the team members you need to have access to the Dropbox team.
Let me know, if I misunderstood something though.
